    Through bolt anchors or through bolt are same as wedge anchors, as one of deep-buried steel expansion anchors,designed to increase the load value. Expanding through bolt achieve greater tensile strength than ordinary inserted bolt, more suitable for the holes with unknown depth. Steel through bolts are ideal for fixing and installing applications, where the expansion anchor spacing and edge distance are closer than some steel plug-in anchors.

    Concrete through bolts is composed of a nut, a washer and an expanding clip wrapped around conical rod body, will expand in the downward direction of the wedge body when the hex nut is tightened, resulting in expansion force to achieve easy and quick installation, throughbolts are produced in metric and inch size standards to meet different market demands.

[Installation Steps]:

(1). Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the proper diameter and depth required.

(2). Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

(3). Pass through bolt body through a guide hole in the object and vertically align with a drilled hole in the substrate.

(4). Hammer the head to insert into the hole.

(5). Fasten the hex nut by tool until being fully fixed.
