314761 — Hot Dipped Galvanized Wedge Anchors

    Hot dipped galvanized wedge anchor is a mechanical expansion anchor, made of carbon steel materials, consisting of wedge bolt body, expansion clip, hex nut and washer. The steel expanding clip is the most critical working mechanism point, wrapped around anchor wedge body to assure full expansion function to achieve secure tensile strength and holding power,not falling off and twist in the hole, cause HDG wedge anchor to become one of of mechanical wedge expansion anchors with consistent retention value and superior holding power and makes the anti-corrosion and rust-proof performance better than common zinc plating. 

    The top of anchor head is higher than the thread body, design purpose is not to damage the external thread when hammering the head to embed the pre-drilled hole. Galvanized wedge nchor are widely used for anchoring and fixing the objects and equipments in the concrete, stone or solid brick wall foundation. As different structure application place, wedge anchor bolts are made of different metal materials, Hot dipped galvanized wedge anchor bolts are used in humid application sites.

[Installation Steps]:

❶ Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the proper diameter and depth required.

❷ Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

❸ Pass wedge anchor body through a guide hole in the object and vertically align with a drilled hole in the substrate.

❹ Hammer the head to insert into the hole.

❺ Fasten the hex nut by tool until being fixed fully.
