3336159 — Concrete Wedge Anchor Bolts

    Concrete wedge anchor bolts manufactured using American inch Unc-thread standard, widely used in the concrete or masonry sites and construction sites to fix the objects, installed in horizontal or vertical configurations and suitable for medium to heavy loading. If no longer needed, enable to hammer it under the surface of the foundation.Wedge anchor bolt is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. An expanding clip  is fully formed around the wedge anchor body to ensure sufficient expansion to obtain reliable and excellent holding power and avoid falling off and twisting in the drilled hole.

     As a kind of wedge expansion anchor with torque control, being suitable for the application of medium to heavy fasteners requiring high pull-out value in concrete base, used to anchor and fix the objects of steel or other metal materials.The expansion clip wound around wedge end plays the role of expansion. By passing concrete wedge bolt through an guide hole in the objects to be fastened, also called concrete through bolt.

     Realizing easy and quick installation, expanding wedge bolt is hammered into the installing hole through the guide hole in the fixing object. After tightening the nut by tool, the loading will remain on the hole wall. Multi-functional construction solutions can be used to anchor and fix various projects. [Installation Instruction]:

❶ Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the proper diameter and depth required.

❷ Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

❸ Pass wedge anchor bolt through a guide hole in the object and vertically align with a drilled hole in the substrate.

❹ Hammer the head to insert it into the substrate hole.

❺ Fasten the hex nut by tool until being fully fixed.
