3336160 — Metric Wedge Anchors

   Metric wedge anchors is one of the most widely used expansion anchor system, comprising a hex nut, a flat washer and a steel expanding clip. One end of the expansion rod body is rolled with the full or long external thread with metric or inch thread standard,another end is tapered and wrapped an expanding clip.

   Wedge anchor bolt is a stud type high grade steel expansion anchor bolt, being applicable to the concrete or solid brick wall substrate, used for anchoring and fixing the various objects. It is pre-assembled with a steel expansion clip, when fastening the hex nut, will pull up the anchor body and make it slide downward along the wedge body of the wedge anchor to ensure uniform and full expanding force. The fixing length can be set by tightening the nut.

[Installation Instruction]:

(1). Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the proper diameter and depth required.

(2). Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

(3). Pass wedge anchor body through a guide hole in the object and vertically align with a drilled hole in the substrate.

(4). Hammer the head to insert into the hole.

(5). Fasten the hex nut by tool until being fixed fully.
