3336161 — Steel Wedge Anchors SS Clip

   Steel wedge anchor is also called wedge expansion bolt, widely used to anchor and fix the objects or fixtures on the surface of concrete, solid brick wall foundation. Composed of wedge bolt body, an expanding clip, a hex nut and a flat washer. Because the mechanical performance of stainless steel material is stronger than ordinary carbon steel, causing SS Clip to have the stronger expansion force and tensile strength than carbon steel expanding clip. This design perfectly combines the performance and production cost of carbon steel and stainless steel.

    Conforming to customers' requirement, the surface of wedge anchor bolt is treated by zinc plating, HDG, Dacromet coating. The SS clip is formed around wedge rod body to ensure the full expansion and obtain reliable and excellent holding power and prevent it from falling off and twisting in the hole. If no longer needed, allow to hammer it to the below of the substrate surface.  

Product Features:

★ Use a stainless steel expanding clip to have stronger expanding force and tensile strength than steel clip.

★ SS expanding clip is completely wrapped wedge body to prevent it from twisting and falling off in the hole.

★ Design full or long external thread to make the fixing height of the object adjust more easily.

★ Don't require precise drilling hole depth.

★ Enable to hammer it to the below of the substrate if being no longer needed.

★ Being suitable for medium-heavy duty loading purpose.

★ Shrunk-convex head design protect external threads from damaging when hammering.

★ Provide American Unc-thread and Metric mm-thread standard.

☞ Stainless steel 304/316 for expanding clip.

Installation Instruction:

❶ Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the proper diameter and depth required.

❷ Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

❸ Pass wedge anchor body through a guide hole in the object and vertically align with a drilled hole in the substrate.

❹ Hammer the head to insert into the hole.

❺ Fasten the hex nut by tool until being fixed fully.
