     Self drive plasterboard fixings are used to fix the light duty objects in the plasterboard,soft board substrate, screwing into the base materials by screwdriver.The self driving helical thread biting into the plasterboard substrate for a secure fixing operation.  

     Various end styles are available according to the specific usage substrate. Some have fixing function only, the others have expanding and fixing application. The wonderful self-drilling function design are realized a quick and easy installation operation for the users.

      Self driving plasterboard fixings are made from strenthened hardness polyamide(PA) Nylon with the stronger hardness and toughness than ordinary nylon and plastic material feature. During installation, No pre-drilling is required for single and soft plasterboard substrate, pre-drilling a shallow hole for double or hard plasterboard panels.

Installation Steps:

①  Screw self drive plasterboard fixings into the base material by screwdriver, till the head is close to the base surface. 

② Pass a self drilling screw through a guide hole in the fixture, vertically align with and insert it into the center hole in the plug.

③ Tighten self drilling screw by screwdriver till be fixed fully.
