    Nylon frame fixing anchor provides a high-strength fastener for the window or door frame and is used for a variety of building base materials. The expanding plug is made of high-strength nylon material, with excellent strength and toughness, as well as anti-corrosion, moisture-proof and high and low temperature resistance.

    The design models have single wing and double wing shape with CSK head, Pre-assembled with a steel screw When to fasten it into nylon plug, the screw head can be flat with the plug head. They could be removed by looseing the screws. Nylon frame fixings are ideal for use with plastic window frames and are suitable for various lengths with fixture thicknesses.

Installation Steps:

① Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and applicable depth.

② Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

③ Insert nylon plug into a guide hole in the fixture and vertically pass it through a substrate hole.

④ Tap nylon plug head till being flush with the surface of the fixture.

⑤ Put screw into plug and turn screw by tool until be fixed fully.
