301947 — Nylon Frame Anchor

    Nylon frame anchor consists of a nylon sleeve, a screw and a nylon conical expanding nut, widely used to fix window and door frames and hollow profiles made from aluminium alloy, plastic, wood,etc in the concrete, brick wall, hollow block substrate. 

    The snap in protrusion o nylon sleeve generate a proof tension and proof pressure installing connection in metal or plastic hollow profiles and the base materials. The design make hollow doors and windows of various materials be firmly and safely fixed in a variety of substrates.The external φ10mm and φ8mm are available according to specified installing purpose.

Installation Instruction:

❶ Drill a hole in substrate to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

❷ Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

❸ Pass nylon frame anchor through a guide hole in the fixture.

❹ Hit it into drilled hole in the substrate by a hammer,till being flush with the fixture surface.

❺ Turn the screw by screwdriver till being expanded and fixed entirely.
