3356177 — Nylon Frame Fixings

    Nylon frame fixings is pre-assembled an expanding nylon plug and a steel screw, used in concrete,masonry ,brick wall or hollow wall structures. It has a small slot at the head of the screw to hold a screwdriver blade. To turn counterclockwise, the screw will be rolled back to a part of the nylon plug. In this way, the claw hammer can be hooked under the protruding head of the screw and pulled out of the nylon plug sleeve.

   Nylon door frame fixings or window frame fixings are used to fix the wood,metal frame or wood block in the  concrete, stone or brickwork place. Its advantage is to fix the material in the correct position before fixing. Nylon plug is  made of durable material polyamine-66 has longer fixed life. The head screws provided are suitable for use with the screws to inflate the plug sleeve. When there is a contact point in the hole, pull the screw in the direction of the fastener until it is flush with the surface of the anchor.

    The nylon expanding plug designed double wings is resistant to aging and corrosion. It can withstand the temperature from - 40 ℃ to + 150 ℃, also has good electrical insulation performance with high tensile and compressive strength and is resistant to chemical attack to a large extent.The self-drilling screw is made of carbon material with grade 5.8 zinc plated with thickness 5μm by metric size.

Installation Steps:

① Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and applicable depth.

② Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

③ Insert nylon plug into a guide hole in the fixture and vertically pass it through a substrate hole.

④ Tap nylon plug head till being flush with the surface of the fixture.

⑤ Put screw into plug and turn screw by tool until be fixed fully.
