3356785 — Self Drilling Wall Plugs

    Self drilling wall plugs are made from high grade reinforced polyamide(Nylon) having toughness and impact resistance,widely used in plasterboard, fiberboard or other wooden and soft panels. Used with the self drilling screws,hooks and eyebolt screws in the light duty application loads. The designed heavy helical thread biting into the plasterboard substrate for a secure fixing with high load-bearing capacity.

    The head design of cross-drive recess is easy to drive it into the base by a standard screwdriver or bit. The sharp end design is directly penetrated into the plasterboard without pre-drilling hole. Some only need to drill a shallow hole meeting thick or hard panels.Thin and firm flange head lip make the head close to the board surface. Short fixing length means that only a small amount of space is required behind the board. Plasterboard wall plugs are used in the case of unknown board thickness and cavity depth as well.

Installation Instruction:

① Drive plasterboard wall plug into the base material by screwdriver, till the head is close to the base surface. 

② Pass a self drilling screw through a guide hole in the fixture, vertically align with and insert it into the center hole in the plug.

③ Tighten self drilling screw by screwdriver till be fixed fully.
