305829 — Plastic Toggle Wall Anchors

    Plastic toggle wall anchor is one kind of plastic expansion anchor, ideally designed to support-grip and fix the objects in the hollow wall,cavity wall or panels base materials. Plastic toggler is made by high quality PA-Nylon or plastic materials with strong toughness and hardness with moisture and corrosion resistan.

    For installing, To fasten the self-drilling screw, the upper and lower ends are tightly held, so the novel design makes the two wings more support the load force. When being folded, the two foldable wings will automatically retract and the outer two wings will not affect the insertion into the pre-drilled hole. 

    Plastic toggle anchor is fully opened, locking it robust start switch anchor fully open, being locked in place and formed a super center load-bearing truss. The increased load acts on the support when the truss moves the load away from the hole against the screw, then against the wall over center support and strong but flexible.

Installation Steps:

① Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and applicable depth.

② Fold plastic wings and insert it into the hole.

③Turn screw into a guide hole in the fixture and vertically pass it through a substrate hole.

④ Fasten screw until be fixed fully.
