  Plasterboard speed plugs are made of reinforced PA-Nylon, driving it into the base materials by screwdriver tool till the head is flush with the base surface. No pre-drilling hole in the single or thin plasterboard. They are widely used in the plasterboard or soft panels, fastened by self-drilling or wood screws as well as various self tapping hook and eyebolt to fix the objects. The sharp head, protruding head lip and self drilling thread realize this function.

    Nylon speed plugs could  be used in single or double thickness plasterboard. They are ideal to fix the light duty objects. Some of plaster plugs are designed only with fixing function, The others are designed  with expanding and fixing function according to different end style and application purpose.

Installation Instruction:

① Drive plasterboard speed plug into the base material by screwdriver, till the head is close to the base surface. 

② Pass a self drilling screw through a guide hole in the fixture, vertically align with and insert it into the center hole in the plug.

③ Tighten self drilling screw by screwdriver till be fixed fully.
