305459 — Nylon Wall Plug With Lip

    The lip design of the outer protrusion of the head makes the head of nylon screw plug close to the drilled hole to prevent wall plug from falling into to enhance the security of operation. Plastic wall plug allow the screw to be installed into various substrate. After pre-drilling a hole, to insert screw and tighten the screw into the center of wall plug to make it expand. Installation Steps:

① Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and applicable depth.

② Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

③ Insert nylon wall plug into the drilled hole until the lip head is flush with the surface.

④ Pass a screw through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and close to a substrate hole.

⑤ Tighten screw by tool until be fixed fully.
