    Nylon wall plug is made from Nylon-PA or PE, available with flat head and lip head types, widely used to anchor and fix the objects in the concrete, masonry, brickwork and solid wall base materials. Wall plug has ingenious structural design,dual wings prevent rotation and loosening in hole wall, spiral concave convex on surface to improve frictional force and tensile strength, two-way working mechanism provides secure expansion function and double anti rotation fins on the head prevent rotation when tightening screw.

    Nylon expansion wall plug is suitable for light duty loading, To recommend adopting metal wall plug for medium-heavy duty loading usage, to install with wood screw or self-drilling screw to realize installing purpose to drive screw into wall plug body by screwdriver and make it be expanded to generate expansion force.

Installation Steps:

① Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

② Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

③ Insert nylon wall plug into the drilled hole until being flush with the surface.

④ Pass a screw through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and close to a substrate hole.

⑤ Tighten screw by tool until be fixed fully.
