305710 — Nylon Nail In Anchor

    Nylon nail in anchors with mushroom head are designed to anchor and fix the objects in the concrete, brick wall or solid wall substrate. It comprises a nylon expanding plug and a steel nail. The nylon plug is made from PA-Nylon possessing the performance of strong toughness and hardness,UV proof,temperature proof complying with RoHS standard. The steel nail is made from carbon steel or stainless steel. The head of nail is designed to be slotted, which is used to be fastened by the screwdriver or hitted by a hammer directly. The middle of steel nail is rolled the external thread shape.This greatly enhances the friction between the steel nail and the inner center hole of nylon plug to ensure the tightening and expansion strength to realize the fast and safe installation purpose.

   For installing, to hit a steel nail directly into nylon plug and cause it to expand and create the expansion force. It belongs to light duty anchor system,nylon nail drive anchor is not recommended to install in the overhead and life safety or sustained tensile loading applications.

   Having mushroom head, countersunk head and cylinder head style are available in metric and inch sizes.

Installation Steps:

① Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and applicable depth.

② Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

③ Insert nylon plug into a guide hole in the fixture and vertically pass it through a substrate hole.

④ To hit the nail until be fixed fully.
