    Nylon insulation fixings is a kind of high-quality insulation fixed fastener,made of engineering polypropylene. Having two styles, one is composed of hollow anchor plug and a metal or plastic nail. The working principle is to hammer the nail into hollow anchor plug and make it expand to achieve the installing and fixing the insulation board. 

    Another style has no expanding nail and is directly hammered into the pre-drilled installation hole to achieve the fixing of insulation board. The conical head design make it insert very easily into base materials, the barbed spiral thread anchor and hold in the drilled hole wall firmly, The rhombus rod body and big flat head clamp the insulation board better. Plastic insulation plugs are widely used in the fixing and installing of the insulation board onto the internal and external walls in the concrete,masonry,solid wall or brick wall.

   To pre-drill a hole in the building wall substrate, and insert plastic insulation plugs pass through insulation layer to hammer the head, anchoring and holding hole wall and clamping insulation board, also to fix on overhead place.large fixing head provides excellent tensile wear. The head also has a series of holes and rough surface, which provides a good key for the application of painting in the solid wall insulation scheme.

Installation Steps:

① Pre-drill a installing hole passing through base material and insulation board to ensure the correct diameter and applicable depth.

② Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

③ Insert it into a guide hole in the insulation board.

④ To hammer the head until be fixed fully.
