3347508 — Tie Wire Wedge Anchor

    Tie wire wedge anchor comprises an anchor body with a spade style head punched a hole and a steel expansion clip, being available metric mm and inch types,designed to suspend grid wire and chain in suspending ceiling projects having easy and fast installing workings.

   Anchoring and fixing function are realized by an expansion clip after inserting into a pre-drilled hole in substrate and pulling back with claw hammer. It is a ideal option when concrete substrate is too brittle to hit nail, meantime need more holding power than usual steel clip or claw to suspend objects. 

   The punched hole in anchor head is used to tie metal wire to suspend ceiling and light duty objects in the concrete,masonry or solid brick wall substrate, also called by tie wire concrete anchor.

Features:

■ Easy and quick to install by pulling back with a claw hammer.

■ Available metric dia. 6 mm and inch dia. 1/4 style products.

■ The internal diameter of the hole in metric style is 6.3 mm, in inch style is 7.5 mm.

■ Allow tie single,double or multiple wire in the punched hole.

Installation Guide:

❶ Drill a hole in substrate to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

❷ Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

❸ Insert tie wire anchor into the drilled hole.

❹ Pulling back with claw hammer till be entirely expanded and fixed.

❺ Tie steel wire through a hole on anchor head to suspend the objects.
