3347480 — Tie Wire Anchors

    Tie wire anchors consist of an anchor body with a spade style head punched a hole and a steel expansion clip. They are available metric mm and inch types. Anchoring and fixing function are realized by an expansion clip after inserting into a pre-drilled hole in substrate and pulling back anchor body with claw hammer during installation.

   Tie wire anchor bolt is a kind of light duty wedge type anchors used in the concrete,masonry or solid brick wall substrate,also called by tie wire wedge anchor.

   The punched hole in anchor head is used to tie metal wire to suspend ceiling and light duty objects.The internal diameter of the hole in metric style is 6.3 mm, in inch style is 7.5 mm.

Installation Guide:

❶ Drill a hole in substrate to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

❷ Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

❸ Insert tie wire anchor into the drilled hole.

❹ Pulling back with claw hammer till be entirely expanded and fixed.

❺ Tie steel wire through a hole on anchor head to suspend the objects.
