319795 — TAM Shield Anchor Eyebolt

    Tam shield anchor with eyebolt is one kind of eye bolt wall anchor, using punching machine stamping process and stamping moulds to stamp a whole steel sheet and roll into cylinder sleeve anchor body and divide into 4 sections separated shield shape to manufacture tam shield anchor to insert a conical nut used to expand tam shield anchor. A red plastic plug inserted into cone nut prevent dust and impurity from going into the internal threads in the cone nut to ensure cone nut to rotate freely. Stainless steel tam anchor is used in special installing place for special application purpose.The surface of  tam shield anchor is designed with double fins and some scales shape to possess anti-rotation and increase friction in the pre-drilled hole in the substrate.

    Eyebolt shield anchor tam is assembled with a eye bolt folded by stamping process being different forged eyebolt and welded eyebolt, a Din 934 hex nut and a Din 125/9021 flat washer and is widely used to anchor, fix,hang,connect or pass the objects through eye in various base materials. The expanding cone nut is made by metric or inch thread standard for ideal fixing and intalling purpose for various application purposes.

    During installing, to fasten hex nut or turn eye head clockwise and make a conical nut pull into and expand concrete shield anchor tam body to become 4 sections of buttom separated-top connected shield shape and generate four directions balanced loading expansion force against the hole wall.

Installation Instruction:

❶ Drill a hole in the base materials at right angle, diameter and depth.

❷ Clean the hole inside using a brush or air pump before installing.

❸ Reorganize anchor body to the natural state and hammer the head to insert it into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the substrate surface.

❹ Turn the folded eye clockwise by proper tool and make body expand and fix fully for direct use purpose.

+Or, drive anchor body to pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the fixture surface.

❺ Fasten hex nut by tool until be fixed fully.
