300720 — Strike Anchor

    Strike anchor is also known hit anchor, belongs to pin drive concrete anchor with quick and easy installation progress. Non special installation tools and non precise drilling depth are inquired. Just to hit the pin into the anchor body by hammer till flush with the top of strike pin anchor to realize anchoring function, and then fasten and fix the object with flange nut to complete the installation.  

    Strike anchor bolts are suitable for medium to heavy duty loadings. The anchor body is designed as a hollow structure, the upper end has external threads, which is used to fasten flange nut and fix the objects, and the lower end is designed as a cross cutting groove, which is conducive to the full expansion effect after the nail is hammered into the anchor body.The steel nail is made of high strength steel material to ensure the safety of the nail in the process of being hammered into the anchor body and expansion.

Installation Instruction:

1. Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and no precise depth required.

2. Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

3. Pass hit anchor bolt through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and insert into a substrate hole.

4. Hit the nail by hammer till flush with the top of hit anchor bolt.

5. To tighten the flange nut by tool until the object is fixed fully.
