301341 — Steel Drop In Anchor

   Steel drop in anchor is composed of an anchor body with crossing groove and a conical built-in expanding steel plug. Setting tool is used to hit and insert the plug to expand non-threaded end. The full expansion of anchor body is achieved by the displacement of steel plug pre-assembled expansion mechanism. Mainly made from carbon steel, stainless steel and a small part of the copper materials,having different surface shapes, half knurling, double knurlings and non knurling types. 

   Drop in anchors is a kind of heavy duty mechanical expansion anchor bolt with internal thread,also called metal expansion nut,used to anchor and fix the fixture objects in concrete,masonry or solid brick wall substrate. Drop in expansion anchor body is manufactured by multi station molding cold forging forming machine to ensure the tightness and precision of the product and greatly improve production speed.

   Providing American system inch, British system inch and Metric system mm sizes to meet with different markets and application sites.

[Installation Instruction]:

① Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the proper diameter and depth required.

② Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

③ Hammer anchor body into the drilled hole till threaded end is flush with substrate surface.

④ Hit the built-in steel plug with setting tool until the shoulder meets the top of anchor body.

⑤ Tighten the bolt or other fasteners to fix and install the objects.
