319250 — Steel Anchor SLM Screw

     Heavy duty steel anchor slm with screw consists of steel anchor slm, Din 125/9021 flat washer and loose bolt-hex bolt 4.8-8.8 grade, used to anchor and fix the objects in various structure substrate. A plastic plug in red inserted in the  cone nut is used to prevent dust from entering cone nut to ensure the internal thread rotate freely. Another red plastic bushing on the anchor body collar ensures the centrality when the fastener is inserted into the anchor and make it closely fit with the washer and the fixture during installation to reduce vibration and prevent penetration of dregs and moisture.The design of double anti-rotation lugs can prevent the anchor from rotating in the hole during the installation.

    The specially designed steel anchor slm body structure minimizes the installation and use space, also suitable for use in the narrow space. Heavy duty SLM anchors have good expansibility and fixation in the hole, it is very suitable for the base of stone or compact material, and also suitable for the non structural place of concrete. The two segment heavy steel shell result in a wide and evenly distributed load, while the internal metric or inch internal threads allow the use of standard screws and threaded rods for an ideal application.

     To tighten the bolt or other fasteners, a conical nut is pulled into and expand the steel shield anchor body to generate expansion force against the hole wall. Heavy duty steel anchor slm or steel dowel slm is internal thread mechanical expansion anchors, made of carbon steel.

Installation Instruction:

1. Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

2. Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

3. Insert slm shield anchor into the drilled hole until being flush with the surface.

4. Pass a fastener through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and close to a substrate hole.

5. To tighten by tool until be fixed fully.
