319262 — Steel Anchor SLM Eyebolt

    Steel anchor slm eyebolt is assembled a folded eyebolt with expanding slm anchor, flat washer and hex nut. The steel eyebolt is folded and manufactured by punching machine, being different manufacturing process with forged steel eyebolt and welded eyebolt. The design of double anti-rotation lugs can prevent the anchor from rotating in the hole during the installation. A red plastic plug inserted in the cone nut is used to prevent dust and impurity from entering cone nut to ensure the internal thread rotate freely. Another red plastic bushing on the anchor body collar ensures the centrality when the fastener is inserted into the anchor body and make it closely fit with the washer and the fixture during installation to reduce vibration and prevent penetration of dregs and moisture.

    When tightening steel eyehead or hex nut and making a conical nut pull into and expand the heavy duty expansion steel anchor slm to generate balanced expansion force in hole wall pre-drilled in the base materials. Steel dowel anchor slm or heavy duty slm anchor eyebolt are widely used to anchor & fix, connect, hang or pass the objects through eyebolt in the various structure substrate to realize ideal installation.

Installation Instruction:

❶ Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

❷ Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

❸  Insert slm shield anchor into the drilled hole until being flush with the surface.

❹ Pass a fastener through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and close to a substrate hole.

❺ To tighten by tool until be fixed fully.
