3344491 — Stainless Steel Cut Anchor

     Stainless steel cut anchor is heavy duty mechanical expansion anchors made of stainless steel 304/316 consisting of stainless steel 304 & 316 anchor body and a conical plug outside. Because of stainless steel material's excellent feature, the loading, tensile strength and expansion strength are stronger than carbon steel cut anchor including better anti-rust and corrosion proof function.

    The sizes of stainless steel cut anchors are same as steel cut anchors. The anchor body surface could be marked double knurlings, half knurling or without knurling including the welding cut anchor bolt with Diameter 10 mm and 12 mm.

     To install, put SS cut anchor bolt into a pre-drilled hole in substrate keeping the end having internal thread facing up and use a setting tool to hit with a hammer until cut anchor bolt is entirely expanded to generate expansion force and fasten loose bolt, stud bolt or other external fasteners to realize anchoring and fixing the objects in the solid concrete, masonry or brickwork substrates.SS 304 cut anchor is suitable for wet environment, where anchor body could be submerged in water. SS 316 cut anchor is suitable for seawater or chlorine and other immersion liquid invasion environment or the places needed special high-level requirements.

Installation Instruction:

1]. Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

2]. Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

3]. Insert ss cut anchor into the drilled hole to control correct embedment depth.

4]. Hit the opening end of anchor body by setting tool till being expanded completely.

5]. Pass ss fastener through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and close to a substrate hole.

6]. To tighten the fastener by tool until be fixed fully.
