    Stainless steel chemical anchor bolt is a kind of chemical anchor bolt system,made of stainless steel 304 or 316, as chemcial anchor fixings no expansion,used to install and fix the objects in concrete, masonry, solid brick wall bases.The sizes of ss chemical anchor stud is same as steel chemical anchor stud. Cause the mechanical and chemical properties of stainless steel materials are better than that carbon steel, ss chemical anchor has higher load and stronger tensile strength including better anti-corrosion and anti-rust function.

    Stainless steel chemical anchors are same design as steel chemical anchors,designing a flat head, external hex head or internal hex head types,pre-assembling a stainless steel nut and a washer. For installing, the appropriate chemically cured resin or glass capsule is injected or inserted into the pre-drilled hole beforehand, the chemical anchor stud is inserted into the hole and rotated by power tool till observing curing time.  

    SS chemical anchors is designed for the places with high requirements on installing sites.Ordinary zinc plated steel chemical anchor bolt is used in dry environment;hot dipped galvanized chemical anchor is used in humid indoor and outdoor environment; 304 stainless steel chemical anchor is used in humid environment where water may be soaked. 316 stainless steel chemical anchor bolt is used in contaminated places containing salt water or chlorine gas, and can also be used in places with high installation and decoration requirements.

[Installation Procedures]:

❶ Drill hole in base material to ensure the proper hole diameter and depth.

❷ Use brush to remove the dirt and dust in the hole.

❸ Check the viscosity of the resin inside of glass capsule and insert a chemical glass capsule into a clean hole.

❹ Unscrew hex nut & washer to rotate threaded stud with setting tool and power tool to drive it into glass capsule till reaching the bottom of the hole.

❺ Observe the specified curing time until being solidified completely.

❻ Tighten hex nut and washer for fixing or reinforcing.
