3339761 — Sleeve Anchor With Hook Bolt

   Sleeve anchor with hook bolt is suitable for medium duty loading in metal sleeve anchor systems,consisting of a hook bolt and steel sleeve produced by cold puncher. The design principle of sleeve anchor bolt is that a cone nut expands the sleeve at the lower end when fastening hex nut. Hook bolt sleeve anchor is widely used in the application of anchoring-fixing or hanging the objects,installed in the concrete, masonry,solid brick wall base materials.

   Designing flat washer assembled is Din9021 standard for providing more space and margin for fixing the fixture and substrate surface. In the process of fixing expanding sleeve anchor, the plastic ring will deform, thus filling and blocking the excess hole space in the fixture and substrate. Meantime, the plastic ring can absorb irregular materials to avoid moisture and protect internal mechanism of the hook bolt and sleeve fixings.

● Hook bolt is made from carbon steel by cold stamping process with less load strength than hot forged hook bolt.

● Specially design a flexible plastic ring for filling and blocking the holes of the fixture and substrate to contain irregular materials for anti-moisture and protecting the internal mechanism of sleeve anchor body.

● Don't need precise drilling depth.

{Installation Procedures}:

1. Drill a hole in the base materials at right angle, diameter and depth.

2. Clean the hole using a brush or air pump before installing.

3. Reorganize anchor body to the natural state and hammer the head to insert it into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the substrate surface.

4. Turn the hook clockwise by proper tool and make body expand and fix fully for use purpose.

+Or drive anchor body to pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the fixture surface.

5. Fasten hex nut by tool until be fixed fully.
