300692 — Shield Anchor SLM

     Shield anchor slm is a kind of mechanical heavy duty shield anchor. The specially designed anchor body structure minimizes the installation and use space, also suitable for use in the narrow space. The design of double anti-rotation lugs can prevent the anchor from rotating in the hole during installation. The internal thread in cone nut is dust-proof using a red plastic plug inserted to ensure the threads free rotation. The red plastic bushing on the anchor collar ensures the centrality when the fastener is inserted into the anchor and make it closely fit with the washer and the fixture during installation to reduce vibration and prevent penetration of dregs and moisture.

     During installing, to tighten the bolt or other fasteners, a cone nut is pulled into and expand the steel shield anchor body to generate expansion force against the hole wall. The two segment steel shields provide uniform load distribution, allowing smaller edge and axial spacing. Heavy duty anchor slm or steel dowel anchor slm belongs to internal thread concrete steel anchor, which is made of carbon steel. Metric or Inch internal thread allows the use of standard screws or other fasteners for ideal adjustment, suitable for various installation purposes.

Installation Instruction:

1. Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

2. Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

3. Insert slm shield anchor into the drilled hole until being flush with the surface.

4. Pass a fastener through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and close to a substrate hole.

5. To tighten by tool until be fixed fully.
