3339805 — Projecting Bolt Sleeve Anchor

   Projecting bolt sleeve anchor is suitable for medium to heavy duty application in the concrete mechanical expansion anchor system, composed of a conical projection stud, a spring washer design for anti vibration and a steel sleeve produced by cold punching and specially design a pair of fin shape on sleeve body to realize anti-skid function. 

   Working principle is to tight hex nut, a conical projection stud expand sleeve body at the lower end in hole wall, widely used in the application of anchoring and fixing the objects in the concrete, masonry,solid brick foundation materials.

Installation Procedures:

① Drill a hole in the base materials with the correct angle, diameter and depth.

② Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

③ Reorganize anchor body to the natural state.

④ Drive the anchor body pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until flat washer tightly touch with the fixture surface.

⑤ Fasten hex nut by tool till being expanded and fixed entirely.
