3341786 — Projecting Bolt Shield Anchor

   Projecting bolt shield anchor is assembled shield anchor only with projecting stud bolt. The threaded projecting stud ensure to adjust the thread height freely for fastening during the installation and make shield anchor projecting stud widely suitable for installing the various thickness of the fixtures and reach specific installation application purpose.

    A conical nut is pulling into shield anchor body when tightening the stud and make the shield anchor expand to generate balanced expansion force in three directions in the hole wall drilled in the base materials to ensure security of installation and usage.

   The steel heavy-duty three segment shields structure design has strong loading and good tensile strength in drilled hole wall, which is also suitable for large holes caused by strong drilling in weak base materials.

   Shield anchor stud bolts are sutiable for medium-heavy installation loading purpose. The strong retaining force could be removed very easily after being installed. As one kind of expanding shield anchor, The shields are made of carbon steel plate and produced by high speed automatic punching machine to ensure its high quality product performance. Masonry shield anchor bolts are widely used for anchoring and fixing the objects in various structure substrate.

Installation Procedures:

1]. Drill a hole in the substrate to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

2]. Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to clean all debris and dust inside the hole.

3]. Loosen and remove projecting stud bolt, hex nut and flat washer.

4]. Insert shield anchor only into the drilled hole until being flush with the substrate surface.

5]. Pass projecting stud bolt through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and close to a substrate hole.

6]. To tighten projecting stud bolt by tool until be fixed fully.
