301971 — Metal Hollow Wall Anchors

   Metal hollow wall anchor is made from steel sheet and produced by high speed stamping machine. Hollow wall plug is designed thin profile-large flange head with twin anti-rotation barbs,three sections of collapsing legs and an embedded nut,assembled machine screw,self drilling drive screw,L bolt, hook and eye bolt for various fixing usage. 

   Hollow wall anchors are widely used to install the fixtures in plasterboard, chipboard, fiberboard,plywood,other panels, hollow wall, other cavity base materials.The use mechanism function of steel hollow wall anchor ideally solves the installation engineering place where the base material load is low and the fixed object can not be installed safely and reliably with ordinary fasteners.

   The strength of hollow wall fixings depend on base material and the collapsing legs loading.Being expanded and overlapped by setting tool or screwdriver, to become a large support surface on the substrate surface to realize the loading function,suitable for light duty loading application.

   Expanding hollow wall anchor structure makes it fully fit the base material, without damaging the surface. After being fixed, The fixtures could be removed and replaced freely to loose the fastened screw. To install by a setting tool to achieve rapid and safe installation operation without affecting the appearance and surface finish.  

   The ordinary tool is suitable for M4,M5,M6.

   The heavy duty tool is suitable for M4,M5,M6,M8.

Installation Instruction:

1. Drill a hole in the substrate to ensure the correct diameter.

2. Insert anchor body into the hole and hammer until the barbs in the head are nailed into the substrate entirely.

3. Put the screw head into setting tool and push trigger till the anchor legs are fully expanded and overlapped.

4. Remove the screw by screwdriver.

5. Pass the screw through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the anchor body.

6. Fasten the screw till the fixture is fixed fully.
