3350627 — Metal Frame Anchor Bolts

   Metal frame anchor bolts are widely used to fix window and door frames and hollow profiles made from aluminium alloy, plastic, wood,etc in the concrete, brick wall, hollow block substrate. It consists of a metal sleeve, a machine screw and a conical expansion nut. 

    The snap in protrusion of metal sleeve generate a proof tension and proof pressure installing connection in metal or plastic hollow profiles and the base materials. The design make hollow doors and windows of various materials be firmly and safely fixed in a variety of substrates.The external φ10mm and φ8mm are available according to specified installing purpose.

Installation Instruction:

❶ Drill a hole in substrate to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

❷ Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

❸ Pass metal frame anchor through a guide hole in the fixture.

❹ Hit it into drilled hole in the substrate by a hammer,till being flush with the fixture surface.

❺ Turn the screw by screwdriver till being expanded and fixed entirely.
