    M6 eyebolt sleeve anchor is widely used in the cable installation industry to pass cable dropwires through forged eyebolt head for attaching and fixing one cable wire in overhead one point position,installed in the concrete, brick or masonry walling base materials and assembled M6 X Internal diameter eye 15.0 mm and external dia. 8 mm sleeve, also called M6 expanding eyebolt fixings.

    The eyebolt of eye bolt sleeve anchor is made from forged steel through hot forged process to build a fully closed eye. M6 eyebolt sleeve anchor has excellent loading advantage and prevents from being opened out when loading to ensure secure working loading,being stronger than cold folded eyebolt and welded eyebolt.

     For installing, To turn forged eye head clockwise or fasten hex nut and make a cone nut pull into and expand M6 eye bolt concrete sleeve anchors to generate expansion force in the hole wall,require pre-drill an 8 mm hole in the substrate. M6 eyebolt expanding sleeve anchor is one kind of expanding eye bolt fixings, being also used to anchor & fix, hang or connect the fixture objects in the construction structure.

[Installation Instruction]:

❶ Drill a hole in the substrate to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

❷ Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to clean all debris and dust in the hole.

❸ Reorganize anchor body to the natural state and hammer the head to insert it into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the substrate surface.

❹ Turn the eye clockwise by proper tool and make body expand and fix fully for direct use purpose.

+Or drive anchor body to pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the fixture surface.

❺ Fasten hex nut by tool until be fixed fully.
