331278 — Hollow Wall Drive Anchors

   Hollow wall drive anchors are used to install the objects in plasterboard, chipboard, fiberboard,plywood,other panels, hollow drywall and other cavity base materials. They are ideally solved the engineering place where the substrate load is low and the fixed objects can not be installed safely and reliably with ordinary fixings.

   Assembled a conical plastic bushing and self drilling screw, This special hollow wall anchor drive type does not require pre-drilling hole, just drive self drilling hollow wall anchors into the base materials to turn by screwdriver. Faster and easier to realize installing,The sizes are available from 1/8"SD, 1/8"MD, 1/8"SLD to 1/8"LD to reach various installing purpose. 

   Structure of hollow wall anchor drive type makes it fully fit the base material, without damaging the surface. After being fixed, The fixtures could be removed and replaced freely to loose the fastened screw. To install by a setting tool to achieve rapid and safe installation operation without affecting the appearance and surface plating.

  

  Being expanded and overlapped by setting tool or screwdriver, depending on base material and the collapsing legs loading creates a large support surface on the substrate surface to realize the loading function, being suitable for light duty loading application.

Installation Instruction:

1. Drive anchor body into the substrate directly by screwdriver till the barbs are nailed into the substrate entirely.

2. Put the screw head into setting tool and push trigger till the anchor legs are fully expanded and overlapped.

3. Remove the screw by screwdriver.

4. Pass the screw through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the anchor body.

5. Fasten the screw till the fixture is fixed fully.
