330788 — Hit Anchor

    Hit anchor is also known strike anchor, belongs to concrete expansion anchors, suitable for medium to heavy duty loadings. The anchor body is designed as a  hollow structure, the upper end has external threads, which is used to fasten flange nut and fix the objects, and the lower end is designed as a cross cutting groove, which is conducive to the full expansion effect after the nail is hammered into the anchor body.The steel nail is made of high strength steel material to ensure the safety of the nail in the process of being hammered into the anchor body and expansion.

    Hit anchor bolt is pin drive expansion anchor and easy to install. It does not need special installation tools and precise drilling depth. During installation, it only needs to hammer the steel nail into the anchor body by the hammer and till flush with the top of  metal hit anchor to realize anchoring, and then fasten and fix the object with flange nut to complete the installation.

Installation Instruction:

1. Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and no precise depth required.

2. Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

3. Pass hit anchor bolt through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and insert into a substrate hole.

4. Hit the nail by hammer till flush with the top of hit anchor bolt.

5. To tighten the flange nut by tool until the object is fixed fully.
