320359 — Hex Flange Nut Sleeve Anchor

   Hex flange nut head type sleeve anchor is composed of a flange nut, a conical stud and an expanding sleeve, It is an expansion anchor and suitable for light and medium duty loads. For installing, fasten flange nut and make the conical stud move upwards to expand steel sleeve in the hole wall of the substrate to generate expansion force and achieve the installing purpose.

   Concrete sleeve anchor bolt is one of the most commonly used steel expansion anchor products for anchoring and fixing the fixture objects in concrete, masonry, brickwork and block sites.Producing metric and inch sizes and various head types.

    For sleeve anchor installation, Pre-drill an installing hole in the base material with an electric drill according to the outer diameter of the sleeve tube. The drilling depth shall be determined according to the length of the conical bolt and the thickness of the fixture.Masonry sleeve anchor can be made of stainless steel material used in the wet outdoor environment and carbon steel in the dry indoor environment. Fully pre-assembled for quick and easy installation.

[Installation Instructs]:

① Drill a hole in the base materials with the correct angle, diameter and depth.

② Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

③ Reorganize anchor body to the natural state.

④ Drive the anchor body pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until the flange nut tightly touch with the fixture surface.

⑤ Fasten nut by tool till being expanded and fixed entirely.
