3339776 — Hex Bolt Sleeve Anchor

   Hex bolt sleeve anchor is one of the most common concrete expansion anchors,widely used in the various substrate, assembled Din 933 hex bolt with 4.8-8.8 grade for different use purposes,Din 9021 washer provides more fixing margin.During fixing hex head sleeve anchor,the plastic ring will deform, thus filling and blocking the holes of the fixture and substrate to absorb irregular materials for moisture-proof and protecting internal mechanism of expansion sleeve anchor. The slots on expanding cone nut increase the friction during expanding sleeve tube and prevent hex sleeve anchor from loosing and spinning.

   During installing, The material of sleeve anchor bolts will determine where it can be used. Stainless steel sleeve anchors is more suitable for outdoor humid environment, even in marine environment. Steel sleeve anchor is suitable for indoor dry environment, the galvanized sleeve anchor also have rust-resistant, but it is difficult to withstand outdoor humid environment for a long time.

Installation Instructs:

① Drill a hole in the base materials with the correct angle, diameter and depth.

② Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

③ Reorganize anchor body to the natural state.

④ Drive the anchor body pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the fixture surface.

⑤ Fasten hex bolt by tool till being expanded and fixed entirely.
