3339837 — Heavy Duty Sleeve Anchor

   Heavy duty sleeve anchor is one kind of heavy duty expansion anchor bolt, mainly consisted of a conical stud bolt, a spring washer with anti-vibration feature and a steel tube made of seamless or straight seam welded steel tube material with cross cutting groove. 

   For installing, To tighten the hex nut by tool, make conical stud expand steel tube, being usually used in the application of anchoring and fixing the heavy duty objects and equipments in the solid and strong concrete or masonry foundation materials.

Parts of product pre-assembled:

 → Conical stud bolt+ Flat washer +Spring washer + Hex nut + Steel tube

Installation Steps:

① Drill a hole in the base materials with the correct angle, diameter and depth.

② Use a nylon brush to remove all debris and dust.

③  Hit anchor head through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole with a hammer until the fixing depth is reached.

④ Expand anchor by tightening the hex nut by tool and till be fixed entirely.
