315714 — Fix Bolt Anchor Stud

    Fix bolt anchor stud is assembled four segments shield anchor only with stud bolt. The full threaded stud bolt ensure to adjust the thread height freely for fastening and make stud shield anchorwidely suitable for installing the various thickness of the fixtures and reach specific installation application purpose.

    A square nut inserted in FB shield anchor is pulling into shield anchor body when tightening the stud and make the shield anchor expand to generate balanced expansion force in four directions in the hole wall drilled in the base materials to ensure security of installation and usage.

   FB expansion anchor stud bolts are sutiable for medium-heavy installation loading purpose. The strong retaining force could be removed very easily after being installed. The four segment shields are made of carbon steel plate and produced by high speed automatic punching machine. Masonry fix bolt shield anchor bolts are widely used for anchoring and fixing the objects in various structure substrate.

Installation Procedures:

❶ Drill a hole in the substrate to ensure the correct diameter and embedment depth.

❷ Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to clean all debris and dust inside the hole.

❸ Loosen and remove stud bolt, hex nut and flat washer.

❹ Insert fix bolt shield anchor only into the drilled hole until being flush with the surface.

❺ Pass stud bolt through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and close to a substrate hole.

❻ To tighten stud bolt by tool until be fixed fully.
