    Eye bolt sleeve anchor is also a fast, simple and adaptable masonry sleeve anchor. It is suitable for the light to medium duty load,composed of an eyebolt made by cold punching, a cone nut and a steel sleeve. Its expansion function is achieved the conical nut expands steel sleeve with the upward rotation of the external threads of the eye bolt when tightening to lock it in hole wall. In addition to fixing objects, sleeve anchor with eye bolt can also be used to hang,connect or pass drop wire,rope through the eye and installed in the concrete, solid brick wall or concrete block foundation materials that need connection points.

     Masonry eyebolt sleeve anchor is designed for a range of materials and applications exposed to loads. When turning the eye bolt clockwise or the hex nut is tightened by tool,it expands in the substrate to form a firm connection and distribute the load,There are many head shapes of concrete sleeve anchors,such as hex, flat head, round head, eye or hook head type to realize their own installation purpose.

[Installation Procedures]:

●1. Drill a hole in the base materials at right angle, diameter and depth.

●2. Clean the hole using a brush or air pump before installing.

●3. Reorganize anchor body to the natural state and hammer the head to insert it into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the substrate surface.

●4. Turn the eye clockwise by proper tool and make body expand and fix fully for use purpose.

+Or drive anchor body to pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the fixture surface.

●5. Fasten hex nut by tool until be fixed fully.
