    M6 expanding eyebolt sleeve anchor is assembled M6 forged steel eyebolt and external dia. 8mm sleeve. The eye of steel eyebolt is made by forging process with forged steel to create a fully closed eye. The M6 expanding forged eye possess excellent loading advantage and prevent being opened out when loading to ensure working security. It's working load performance is stronger than cold folded eyebolt and welded eyebolt.

    For installing, To turn forged eyebolt head clockwise or tighten the hex nut and make a cone nut pull into sleeve and make it expand to generate expansion force in the hole wall pre-drilled in the base materials. M6 eyebolt sleeve anchor is one kind of expanding eyebolt fixings, being used to anchor & fix, hang, connect the objects in construction structure and also widely used to pass cable dropwire through the eye in cable wire installation industry.

✪ Pre-assemble with M6 forged steel eyebolt & 8 mm Sleeve  & Din 934 hex nut & Din 125/9021 flat washer.

✪ M6 forged eye is made from forged steel by forging process to form a fully closed eye with stronger loading advantage than the cold folded eyebolt and welded eyebolt.

✪ To tighten eyebolt, by turning eye head clockwise or fastening the hex nut.

✪ Used to anchor & fix, hang, connect the objects or pass cable dropwire through the forged eye head.

Installation Instruction:

❶ Drill a hole in the base materials at right angle, diameter and depth.

❷ Clean the hole inside using a brush or air pump before installing.

❸ Reorganize anchor body to the natural state and hammer the head to insert it into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the substrate surface.

❹ Turn M6 forged eye clockwise by proper tool and make body expand and fix fully for direct use purpose.

+Or, drive anchor body to pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the fixture surface.

❺ Fasten hex nut by tool until be fixed fully.
