    M10 forged steel eyebolt and M10 steel shield anchor are assembled to form M10 expanding eyebolt shield anchor. The eyebolt with a closed eye is made from forged steel by forging process. Forged eye has stronger loading advantage than cold folded eye bolt to prevent being opened out when loading to ensure security. 

    M10 forged eye is plated by Dacromet spray plating with better anti-rust and corrosion function than zinc plating and with good environmental protection performance, also suitable for the place polluted by salt water and damp.

    Additional steel tube external Dia. 16 mm X Length 20 mm pre-assembled is made of seamless steel tube non-expanding function, used to lengthen shield anchor body length and ensure the embedding depth for drilling to enlarge the expansion force and to realize special installation application purpose.

    For installing by tool, Tighten eyebolt make a conical nut pull into and expand shield only body to generate balanced expansion force in three directions in the hole wall. M10 eyebolt shield anchor possess strong loading and tensile strength in the pre-drilled hole in the substrate. By pulling down the conical nut, a strong spring ensure shield anchor bolt return to normal assembled state when the improper expansion happened during the installation. By loosing the tightened fasteners, shield anchor bolt is easily removed after being installed.

    Shield anchor with forged eye is suitable for medium-heavy installation purpose. As one kind of heavy duty eye bolt anchor, forged eye shield anchors are widely used to anchor & fix, hang, connect or pass the objects through forged eye in various structure substrate.

Installation Instruction:

⑴ Drill a hole in the base materials at right angle, diameter and depth.

⑵ Clean the hole inside using a brush or air pump before installing.

⑶ Reorganize anchor body to the natural state and hammer the head to insert it into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the substrate surface.

⑷ Turn M10 forged eye clockwise by proper tool and make body expand and fix fully for direct use purpose.

+Or, drive anchor body to pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the fixture surface.

⑸ Fasten hex nut by tool until be fixed fully.
