3340414 — Concrete Chemical Bolts

   Concrete chemical bolts coated dacromet spraying with better anti-rust, anti-corrosion and environmental protection performance than HDG and zinc plating,specially used in wet, corrosive and underwater sites. Under chemical adhesive fixing, chemical adhesive system is put into the hole before chemical anchor stud is inserted. Chemicals naturally fill all gaps left in the hole and sealing the hole.

    Chemical bolts are used to fix the objectsunder medium and high loads and critical fixing conditionsto secure the fixture objects in concrete, stone, solid brick wall,achieving more flexible fixture solutions than other mechanical expansion anchors. Based on chemical adhesion bonding,not imposingstress on the base material,suitable for fixing near the edge, effectively reducing the influence of center or edge foundation unknown building quality or low compressive strength.

    Chemical stud bolt is assembled with a hex nut and a washer, the tail is cut into a bilateral angle of 45 degrees, mainly for the purpose of chemical anchor stud design to insert into chemical glass capsule and the pre-drilled hole more easily. For installing,  used together with a chemical glass capsule or injection resin and the special setting tools, producing Metric and Inch specifications, various external diameters and lengths to suit tightening requirements of various drilling diameter and depth.

(Installation Procedures):

❶ Drill hole in base material to ensure the proper hole diameter and depth.

❷ Use brush to remove the dirt and dust in the hole.

❸ Check the viscosity of the resin inside of glass capsule and insert a chemical glass capsule into a clean hole.

❹ Remove hex nut & washer to rotate threaded stud with setting tool and power tool to drive it into glass capsule till reaching the bottom of the hole.

❺ Observe the specified curing time until being solidified completely.

❻ Tighten hex nut and washer for fixing or reinforcing.
