330704 — Chemical Stud

    Chemical stud hot dipped galvanized is made the same size as steel chemical anchor stud, designed external hex, internal hex and flat head with the setting tools. HDG plating have better rust proof and anti-corrosion performance than common zinc plating,suitable for fixing objects in concrete, stone, solid brick wall substrate including small space, edge and multiple fixing points to install. 

    Chemical bolt fixing is run between chemical adhesive and base material. Mainly using chemical glass capsule containing quartz aggregate to fill the void between hole wall and chemical anchor stud to become an integral part of foundation materials,After chemical stud positioning pin end is driven into glass capsule by power tool to completely crush and mix capsule components to form tight chemical bonding for installing.

[Installation Procedures]:

❶ Drill hole in base material to ensure the proper hole diameter and depth.

❷ Use brush to remove the dirt and dust in the hole.

❸ Check the viscosity of the resin inside of glass capsule and insert a chemical glass capsule into a clean hole.

❹ Unscrew hex nut & washer to rotate threaded stud with setting tool and power tool to drive it into glass capsule till reaching the bottom of the hole.

❺ Observe the specified curing time until being solidified completely.

❻ Tighten hex nut and washer for fixing or reinforcing.
