Chemical Anchor Threaded Rod

   Chemical anchor threaded rod,made of carbon steel 4.8-8.8 grade with heat treatment or stainless steel materials,designed the head and tail flat shape,mainly used to fix, connect or reinforce steel bar and threaded rod in concrete construction base, no expansion function fasteners,pre-equipped with a nut and washer. Steel threaded stud is fixed by injecting or inserting resin orchemical glass capsule into the hole.

    To install, use together with chemical adhesive system to make chemical bonding stronger and more durable and can extend the application range from small space or edge fastening to structural reinforcement. Chemical anchor threaded stud make old buildings more durable. The reinforced steel threaded stud is installed into the building structure to realize good adhesion and bearing capacity. 

Chemical Anchor Threaded Rod

   Chemical fixing threaded rod is used to bond steel threaded rod and construction structure to achieve good strength to run connection and reinforce in the place and stand static and dynamic load. Especially in the reconstruction of old buildings, adopting chemical anchor threaded stud could improve structural strength,also apply to anti-seismic buildings.The corresponding chemical curing time must be observed to ensure the steel threaded rod can grasp the hole wall.

The head and tail are design flat shape, just to hammer it into glass capsule and installing hole without special tool for installing.

[Installation Procedures]:

Chemical Anchor Threaded Rod

❶ Drill hole in base material to ensure the proper hole diameter and depth.

❷ Use brush to remove the dirt and dust in the hole.

❸ Check the viscosity of the resin inside of glass capsule and insert a chemical glass capsule into a clean hole.

❹ Unscrew hex nut & washer to rotate threaded stud with setting tool and power tool to drive it into glass capsule till reaching the bottom of the hole.

❺ Observe the specified curing time until being solidified completely.

❻ Tighten hex nut and washer for fixing, connecting or reinforcing.
