301037 — Chemical Anchor Stud

    Chemical anchor stud is an expansion free fixings,composed chemical adhesive and metal all threaded stud,made of carbon steel or ss material with inner hex,outer hex or flat head types Adhesive anchor bolts are easily used in the downward or horizontal position and in the area of critical edge adopting expansion free fixing,not to weaken base materials.

 

    For steel chemical anchor installation, use special setting tools. Chemical adhesive mainly uses chemical glass capsule and injection resin.Having a high pull-out value because of the chemical bonding between adhesive anchor bolts and base material,instead of friction fixing.

    Concrete chemical anchor stud is also used for connecting and reinforcing of steel bars or threaded rods in the reinforced concrete construction structure.Under the good chemical adhesion bonding and load-bearing performance, being also applied to the continuous fixation and reinforce of old buildings to insert steel chemical anchor studs into the wall, partition wall or foundation building to stand static and dynamic loads.

[Installation Steps]:

❶ Drill hole in base material to ensure the proper hole diameter and depth.

❷ Use brush to remove the dirt and dust in the hole.

❸ Check the viscosity of the resin inside of glass capsule and insert a chemical glass capsule into a clean hole.

❹ Remove hex nut & washer to rotate threaded stud with setting tool and power tool to drive it into glass capsule till reaching the bottom of the hole.

❺ Observe the specified curing time until being solidified completely.

❻ Tighten hex nut and washer for fixing or reinforcing.
