330699 — Chemical Anchor Bolts

    Chemical anchor bolts are bonded to substrates using chemical adhesive system,suitable for medium and high load application,the adhesive force is stronger than the base.Chemical adhesive anchor system is based on chemical adhesion function,not imposing any load stress on base material, suitable for near edge fixation and reducing expanding anchors group,also used in concrete or solid walls unknown quality or low compressive strength.

    Chemical bolt fixings are made of carbon steel and or stainless steel. The fixation is not affected by radial expansion force, the precise drilling depth close to the edge can be adopted. Stainless steel chemical anchor bolts system keep same size as steel chemical anchor bolts,providing external hex head, internal hex head and flat head types with special setting tool for installing.

Installation Instruction:

❶ Drill hole in base material to ensure the proper hole diameter and depth.

❷ Use brush to remove the dirt and dust in the hole.

❸ Check the viscosity of the resin inside of glass capsule and insert a chemical glass capsule into a clean hole.

❹ Remove hex nut & washer to rotate threaded stud with setting tool and power tool to drive it into glass capsule till reaching the bottom of the hole.

❺ Observe the specified curing time until being solidified completely.

❻ Tighten hex nut and washer for fixing or reinforcing.
