   Chemical anchor bolt is an expansion free fixings and belongs to chemical fixings for concrete,comprising of a threaded stud designed internal head, external hex head or flat head type and pre-assembled a nut and washer. chemical bolt fixing is achieved by inserting a chemical adhesive into a drilled hole,mainly using chemical glass capsule or injection resin as chemical anchor system.

   Chemical bolt fixings are mainly designed to fix the objects and connect or reinforce concrete construction structure cooperating with rebar and threaded rod, without expansion performance.The end is cut by single or double 45 degree angle or flat shape. The whole body is full of external threads. It is mainly made of carbon steel 4.8-8.8 grade and stainless steel 304-316 with the same shape and size.

{Installation Instruction}:

❶ Drill hole in base material to ensure the proper hole diameter and depth.

❷ Use brush to remove the dirt and dust in the hole.

❸ Check the viscosity of the resin inside of glass capsule and insert a chemical glass capsule into a clean hole.

❹ Unscrew hex nut and washer to rotate threaded stud bolt with setting tool and power tool to drive it into glass capsule till reaching the bottom of the hole.

❺ Observe the specified curing time until being solidified completely.

❻ Tighten hex nut and washer for fixing or reinforcing.
