    Hex socket concrete screws are widely used to secure and anchor the objects in the concrete, masonry or brick wall bases.To solve ideally the problem of continuous installation and fixation when cracks appear in the surrounding concrete base and when the edge of the foundation structure has been installed other concrete fasteners causing the looseness of the substrate.

    Heavy duty concrete screw anchor is used in various complex concrete foundation conditions and installation intentions, To achieve quick installation and load immediately, and can be completely removed without damage the base material. Installation Procedures:

[1]. Drill a hole in the substrate to ensure the proper diameter and embedment depth.

[2]. Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to clean all debris and dust inside the hole.

[3]. Prepare impact wrench setting correct impact socket.

[4]. Pass concrete screw through a guide hole in the object and vertically aligned with and close to the pre-drilled hole in the substrate.

[5]. Insert the hex socket head into the impact socket and drive the impact wrench.

[6]. To tighten it until being fixed fully.

[7]. To install other proper fasteners by the hex socket head.
