3360197 — Short Spring Channel Nut

    Short spring channel nut is one of the main components of the channel steel strut system as well, designed to provide fastening force and make installation process easy and quick,consisting of a spring and a cuboid nut made by the old stamping process. A hole in the middle of the nut is threaded metric or inch internal thread styles.

    For installing, Spring steel nuts are fastened with a bolt to place and secure fittings, panels or clamps in pipes or channel steel structure systems. Tighten it in the nut and lock the threads in the groove to the two edges of channel steel and fix the nut in the proper place.

The textures in the grooves achieve occlusal function along the twisted edge channel steel section. Beveled two sides are held in the inner wall of channel steel to turn 90 degrees.

[Installation Steps]:

① Put the spring downwards and the cuboid nut upwards.

② Compress the spring and make the twin grooves align with the two edges of the channel steel.

③ Insert the nut from the opening side and move to put it in the proper place and make the spring support the bottom of the channel steel vertically.

③+Put it the inside of the channel to compress the spring and rotate 90 degress clockwise by hand and ensure the twin grooves to align with the two edges of the channel steel and the spring to support the bottom of the channel steel vertically.

④ Pass a proper fastener through a guide hole in the fixture and screw it into the threaded hole in the middle of the nut.

⑤ To tighten until being fixed fully.
