3359867 — Hex Head Concrete Screws

    Hex head concrete screws are made of medium carbon steel with heat treatment,designed efficient and unique high-low self tapping double external threads to ensure it to drill into a pre-drilled hole in the substrate quickly and conveniently and generate strong tensile. Hex concrete screws are suitable for temporary or permanent anchoring and fixing the objects in concrete, masonry or brick base materials.

    Pre-drill a hole in substrate before installing concrete screws and use impact wrench to drive the hex head and screw into the hole. Self tapping concrete screw anchors can be removed easily without damage substrate and no excess debris in the hole.The characteristic of double hardening body impove durability and reliability of concrete screw fixings during installation and realize easy drilling and drive to simplify installation process. 

    The unique thread design high performance with relatively small aperture.The no expanding function cause  the substrate no damage and is ideal to install near edges and adjacent concrete anchors and fasteners. It can also be installed and used in the places with cracks including the sites with standard and reduced burial depth. Different head types are suitable for various use places.

Installation Procedures:

1]. Drill a hole in the substrate to ensure the proper diameter and embedment depth.

2]. Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to clean all debris and dust inside the hole.

3]. Prepare impact wrench setting proper impact socket.

4]. Pass concrete screw through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and close to the pre-drilled hole in the substrate.

5]. Insert the hex head into the impact socket and drive the impact wrench.

6]. To tighten until being fixed fully.
